I’m a Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience supporting complex, large-scale industrial projects across oil & gas, EPC, manufacturing, and mechanical services.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and am currently pursuing my MBA with a concentration in Human Resources, further strengthening my ability to align people strategies with business performance.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, operations, and performance—helping companies build high-impact teams while helping professionals advance their careers in a competitive and evolving industry.

My experience spans the full lifecycle of workforce strategy—from workforce planning and recruiting to employee relations and organizational development.

I have successfully:

  • Managed high-volume recruiting operations (45–100+ requisitions at a time)

  • Supported major projects like LNG and large-scale EPC builds

  • Led full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, professional, and craft roles

  • Partnered with leadership to drive talent strategy and workforce planning

  • Acted as a trusted advisor in employee relations, compliance, and organizational development

My background includes companies such as McDermott, Transocean, EnerMech, and Bechtel, where I contributed to workforce success on some of the industry’s most demanding projects. I also owned and operated my own staffing agency, EB Staffing Services, where I provided recruiting support and workforce solutions tailored to client needs in industrial and energy sectors.

This entrepreneurial experience adds a unique layer to my background, I understand not only how large organizations hire, but also how to build recruiting strategies from the ground up and deliver results independently.
